6-Week Closed Group Starting March 30
(Scroll down for interest form)
Do you ever feel like your brain just won’t turn off?
You replay conversations.
You overanalyze decisions.
You mentally rehearse what you should have said.
You second-guess yourself long after something is over.
From the outside, you may look capable and confident. Inside, it can feel like constant mental noise.
We are launching a 6-week closed group designed specifically for adults who identify as overthinkers.
This group is structured and practical. Together, we will explore why your mind works this way and learn tools to reduce rumination, strengthen decision-making, and build comfort with uncertainty. You will also experience the relief of being in a small group of peers who understand what it feels like to live in your head.
What You’ll Gain
• Practical tools to quiet rumination
• More confidence in your decisions
• Greater comfort with uncertainty
• Support from others who truly get it
