Call to enroll: (615) 314-8412

Being a teenage girl is a lot right now. The pressure, the comparison, the noise. Girls Club is a place to set some of that down.

Each week through the summer, a small group of girls comes together to build real friendships, grow their confidence, and learn to work with big emotions instead of being run by them. It is warm, honest, and led by a counselor who genuinely likes teenagers.

What Girls Club is about

Emotions and coping

Understanding big feelings, and building real skills to handle stress, anxiety, and the hard days.

Confidence and identity

Finding their voice, knowing their worth, and getting more comfortable being who they are.

Connection and friendship

Belonging. Real friendship. Feeling less alone in all of it.
